For months I had an unexplained water outflow from an exterior landscape drainpipe, and no one could pinpoint the cause until I called Paradise Plumbing Pros and was able to make an appointment with Todd for Jon to come out to my house that same day. Jon showed up right on time, listened carefully, and got straight to work with a level of professionalism that immediately put me at ease. What impressed me most was his persistence and expertise. This wasnt an obvious problem - landscape and swimming pool contractors and service providers couldn't find the cause of it - but Jon methodically traced the issue, explained what he was seeing, and didnt stop until he found the source. Once he did, Jon quickly, cleanly, and with total confidence repaired the malfunctioning water auto-refill valve in the underground basin for a landscape fountain I have in my backyard that was the problem. The difference is night and day. Not only has the water outflow dried up, but I also feel reassured knowing the problem was solved thoroughly and correctly. Paradise Plumbing Pros were awesome. Our sewer was starting to back up, in the past weve learned not to let it go or It becomes a major issue. I called first thing on a Monday morning, they were at my home in an hour and a half. Our sewer line from the house was completely root bound in two spots. They snaked the line and had a camera in the line monitoring the entire job. The whole thing was very professional, quick, and affordable. John is the man!

Very knowledgeable and meticulous! Both bathrooms spotless when he left. Would definitely use them again when in need of plumber for any plumbing needs. OMG, Jon IS the man, very quick response and even faster time provided a competitive estimate within 40 minutes of our conversation! Very professional, great demeanor and respectful, which sad to say is not a priority in other businesses! Outstanding Service When We Needed It Most After my father suffered a stroke, we urgently needed to install a taller toilet to support his recovery. I was searching for a reliable, local company with great reviews and quick availabilityand thats exactly what I found with Paradise Plumbing. I came across their listing on OfferUp and was redirected to Thumbtack, where I got a near-instant response confirming my request. Jon, the service technician, was incredibly professional, respectful, and clearly experienced. Even though my father currently cant speak, he fully understands whats going onJohn took the time to speak directly to him and include him in every step of the process, which meant a lot to our family. He also pointed out some minor subflooring issues that were beyond the scope of his work but important for us to know as homeowners. Thank you, Paradise Plumbing. Jon was extremely responsive, professional, friendly, and overall great to work with. We needed a bunch of faucets and angle stops replaced, and he was very communicative even with a lot of back and forth choosing new faucet fixtures, etc. It turned out that the job was harder and more time-consuming than expected due to the way the house was built, but Jon simply split the original invoice proportionally over the two days it ended up taking (instead of the original planned one), honoring the original quote despite the extra time and effort. I would absolutely use Paradise Plumbing for any future work we need done!

Wow, I got a quick response and a perfectly timed appointment. Jon arrived within the window of time promised and replaced my garbage disposal quickly and professionally. On the day before our family Christmas calibration we got a leak under the kitchen sink. Turns out it was from the dishwasher. Jon arrived with in 2 hours of the call for help, found and fixed the problem right away. I highly recommend Jon if you ever need a good honest plumber, at a reasonable price. He also respects your home and leaves it as clean as when he gets there.

Jon (John?) was efficient, professional, pleasant to have in the home and did the job beautifully. I was surprised at how quickly the issue was taken care of! He found us a replacement toilet, went and got it and installed it all in about 3 hours I think! It is so nice to have a working toilet again. Thank you!!!

This company is as professional as it gets. Jon was exceptional. Great handshake and an even better attitude. I knew right then and there I picked the right company. Jon came in and his first concern was putting on shoe mitts to respect our floor. Kudos!!!! He then assesed the problem we had and walked me through what he felt needed to be done. Jon from Paradise Plumbing Pros did an excellent job diagnosing and taking care of some root intrusion into a sewer drain system at my house. He was professional, courteous, and took extra care while working in and around my home. He showed up on time and didnt rush his work. Paradise Plumbing Pros makes sure that their staff has all of the necessary equipment and supplies on their vehicle when they arrive. I am extremely pleased with Jons work.
