For months I had an unexplained water outflow from an exterior landscape drainpipe, and no one could pinpoint the cause until I called Paradise Plumbing Pros and was able to make an appointment with Todd for Jon to come out to my house that same day. Jon showed up right on time, listened carefully, and got straight to work with a level of professionalism that immediately put me at ease. What impressed me most was his persistence and expertise. This wasnt an obvious problem - landscape and swimming pool contractors and service providers couldn't find the cause of it - but Jon methodically traced the issue, explained what he was seeing, and didnt stop until he found the source. Once he did, Jon quickly, cleanly, and with total confidence repaired the malfunctioning water auto-refill valve in the underground basin for a landscape fountain I have in my backyard that was the problem. The difference is night and day. Not only has the water outflow dried up, but I also feel reassured knowing the problem was solved thoroughly and correctly. Paradise Plumbing Pros were awesome. Our sewer was starting to back up, in the past weve learned not to let it go or It becomes a major issue. I called first thing on a Monday morning, they were at my home in an hour and a half. Our sewer line from the house was completely root bound in two spots. They snaked the line and had a camera in the line monitoring the entire job. The whole thing was very professional, quick, and affordable. John is the man!

I highly recommend Paradise Plumbing Pros. Jon did a great job on new hardware replacements on both upstairs showers on 5/27/25, and again on 7/1/25 install of two new upstairs toilets. Very knowledgeable and meticulous! Both bathrooms spotless when he left. Would definitely use them again when in need of plumber for any plumbing needs. These two jobs were especially important, you can't be too careful with upstairs plumbing especially. Check out their website!

I had an outstanding experience with Jon from Paradise Plumbing. He replaced the tank lever set for my toilets, repaired the sink lift rod, and fixed couple leak from my bathroom sink handle. Jon was extremely responsive, professional, friendly, and overall great to work with. We needed a bunch of faucets and angle stops replaced, and he was very communicative even with a lot of back and forth choosing new faucet fixtures, etc. It turned out that the job was harder and more time-consuming than expected due to the way the house was built, but Jon simply split the original invoice proportionally over the two days it ended up taking (instead of the original planned one), honoring the original quote despite the extra time and effort. I would absolutely use Paradise Plumbing for any future work we need done!

On the day before our family Christmas calibration we got a leak under the kitchen sink. Turns out it was from the dishwasher. Jon arrived with in 2 hours of the call for help, found and fixed the problem right away. I highly recommend Jon if you ever need a good honest plumber, at a reasonable price.
